While you may complete your tire purchase and submit payment through our online tire catalog or wholesale partner links, all orders are subject to inventory verification. Wholesale pricing and stock levels change rapidly. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction, issue a full refund, or modify an order if a pricing error, software glitch, or inventory discrepancy occurs on the platform.

2. Third-Party Links and Wholesale Platforms

Our website provides links to external tire catalogs, e-commerce checkouts, and wholesale scheduling platforms for your convenience. We do not own, operate, or maintain these third-party systems. We are not legally responsible for any technical glitches, transaction failures, incorrect fitment recommendations, or data inaccuracies that occur on these external platforms. Your use of those third-party links is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

3. Appointments, Additional Fees, and Service Authorizations

Pre-paying for tires online covers the cost of the hardware (and any explicitly bundled installation fees selected at checkout). However, final binding work authorizations for physical labor—including vehicle diagnostics, TPMS sensor resets, alignment checks, or unexpected mechanical needs—will be reviewed and authorized in writing at our physical shop location before physical work begins, in compliance with Pennsylvania Automotive Industry Trade Practices.
